We keep what you send us, and count visits without cookies.

No cookies, no tracking across sites

This site sets no cookies, shows no adverts and does not fingerprint your device or browser.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It tells us which pages people read and which sites sent them, in totals. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. There is no consent banner because nothing on this site needs your consent.

The site keeps one setting in your own browser: whether you paused motion. It never leaves your device.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not combine them with anything else.

What we collect, and when

Only what you choose to send us:

• The contact form. It opens your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and there is no database of enquiries behind this site.
• Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence so that we can answer it and keep a record of what we discussed.
• Booking a call. Scheduling runs through Cal.com, which collects what it needs to place the meeting and works under its own privacy policy.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use what you send to reply, to prepare for a call, and to scope work. That is a legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. Where a contract follows, we hold what the contract requires.

We delete enquiries that do not lead to work within twelve months. We keep records tied to a signed engagement for as long as the engagement and the law require. We do not sell data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.

Who else can see it

Only the services we need to run the business: an email provider, a booking service, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site and counts visits. Each works under its own data-protection terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else: no sales tools, no advertising platforms, no lead brokers.

When an engagement gives us access to your systems, the engagement contract governs that access, not this notice. We work under least privilege, request access per environment, and have it revoked when the work ends.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email djordje@zdevit.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

We are based in Serbia, so data you send us is processed outside the EEA. Where GDPR applies to an enquiry, we handle it on the terms above.
