A few picks from our work.
Twelve projects we chose because each one was hard in its own way. Airlines, logistics, fitness, publishing, retail. Filter by the kind of work, or open any project.
An onboard till that keeps selling with no network
Cabin crew sell from a trolley for a whole flight with no connection. Every sale reaches the ground exactly once, and the till is built so no passenger is charged twice.
Shop integrations moved off an old core system, with no downtime
Merchants print labels all day, and a bug here ships a parcel twice. We moved every integration to a new service, one at a time, with the old system ready to take over at any moment.
An airline’s marketing team publishes without a developer
Editors build their own pages in three languages. The public site holds no database and no credentials, so the booking path stays out of reach.
One pickup map for every checkout
The last screen before a shopper pays had been copied into every plugin, and each copy had drifted. Now one phone-first widget serves every platform and brand, and a fix lands everywhere at once.
Publishers set the terms for how AI uses their articles
AI splits each article into pieces that carry their own licence. Every AI request is logged, so a publisher can prove who read what.
Members book instantly, even when the finance system stalls
Every booking must agree with the gym’s finance system, which is slow and cannot be bypassed. Bookings save at once, confirm in the background, and undo themselves if the finance system says no.
One click turns any shop’s order page into a shipment
Merchants without a plugin typed every address by hand. Our browser extension reads the order on screen with AI vision, then books the shipment and prints the label.
After a breach: the open doors found and closed in order of risk
We found how the attacker got in and what else was open, then closed it, worst first, starting within hours. Members kept using the platform throughout.
One platform, two industries: salons and medical practices
Each edition has its own features, and a fix to the core reaches both. Both carry live card payments, e-invoicing and national health-system reporting.
Stock forecasts that tell you when not to trust them
StockProphet tests every forecast before it suggests a reorder. When a forecast is not reliable enough to act on, it says so instead of guessing.
Gym software rebuilt from the ground up, then made fast
Memberships, bookings, payments, tax reporting, and a phone that opens the door. We rebuilt it on one platform, carried each gym’s history across, then found and fixed the slow parts by measuring, not guessing.
Headless storefronts the marketing team can still edit
Moving to a headless storefront usually takes page editing away from marketing. We kept drag-and-drop editing, so campaign pages go live without a developer or a release.
Nothing here yet.
No project matches that filter. Mono is working on it.
